Tanya has been fantastic in not only putting together and lodging my taxes but also educating me on the process and providing practical tips to ensure my tax is processed correctly and on time each year. She is very friendly and knows what she’s doing. Would definitely recommend her services!

Will never return to the Glendale site. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Tanya didn't show up nor did she answer emails or phonecalls for my husbands appointment. Very unreliable customer service indeed. I do not recommend Glendale site in anyway.

Needed somewhere new to have my tax done as my accountant retired. Paid for the service on the day and was told my return should be in within a week. The accountant was telling me about how she forgot to lodge multiple returns and then proceeded to tell her clients that it was the ATO'S mess up. Three weeks later I'm still awaiting my return. I checked to see if it had been lodged and it had not. I sent an email that never got replied to and checked a few days later to see the return had finally been lodged. Disappointed that not only have I had to wait this long for my return when I paid for it on the day (my previous accountant would lodge the same day that it was payed) but that this isn't the first time this has happened to someone.Also spoke to my friend about my experience here and she said she had a similar one with the same accountant.

My partner and I did our tax with Tanya. She was very nice, friendly, professional and thorough. She made sure we got the most we were entitled too and she really explained it thoroughly. Will be back next year. Thanx shane and Cathy.

I have been waiting for this office to complete my tax return for 4 months now. I have followed up several times over the past 2-3 months and received no response. I then called the office to get an update on the progress of my tax return and was advised my documents will be on my client portal within 2 days. It is now 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for the documents. I have sent emails to follow up and again, no response.Definitely do NOT recommend H&R Block Glendale/Argenton.
