Best chicken ever i’ve eaten in my life… crisp yummy chicken!! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere too.. as a Korean, i can tell this is one of the best Korean cuisine restaurants!

One of the better korean restaurant this side of town. Everything here is very good. Foods are ordered via text. Orders delivered hot and without much fuss. Quick service and friendly staff. Their chicken platter is very good. Semi self service. They have a water station for customers. Definitely enjoyed our dining experience. Busy place especially during dinnertime. Will try abs be back to try the other dishes in the menu.

Talk about SHRINKFLATION. Thats when the price remains the same but the product gets smaller and smaller.So I used to pay $32 for 16pcs korean chicken. I was gob smacked to learn two days ago when I ate there that theyre now charging $31 for 8pcs korean chicken.Seafood pancake has also shrunk!I am extremely disappointed. No longer worth it.

It was nice. It looks busy and popular restaurant.We didn't book but we could have a table.Really Crispy chiken. ( took home the left, still was crispy the next morning)Bobimbap was not on menu that was what I wanted in korean restaurant..

Hidden Local Gem! Simple no frills authentic Korean in the 'burbs. All dishes ordered were freshly cooked and tastey. Check out the size of their Korean pancakes, we ordered seafood and it was thick, chunky and full of mixed seafood. Japchae and Jyajyeon Noodles were starchy soft, if you like it that way. Garlic fried rice does have a nice hint of garlic. The fried chicken was adequately seasoned and saucey but some may think the batter may be too thick and hard but least it's crunchy and boneless is always a bonus. Portions may look small to share but was adequate for our party of 5! Thank you Hansik for a wonderful meal, will definitely recommend and come back.

The crispy Kimchi pancake was very nice. We love it. The Korean Chicken Sampler came with 5 different flavours, and you could tell them your favourite flavours on your next visit. The garlic fried rice was flavourful but very oily. But then again, you could tell them you want less oil. By the way, the very nice Kimchi pancake is 5 out of 5.

Enjoyed the Boneless Korean Fried Chicken 6 flavours! Must try! and Bulgogi Beef and Spicy Pork. Book ahead as this place is popular. Has a full bar and great ambience. Cool spot to hang out. Food a little on the pricier side but service good and quality food.

Had dinner here with family. Ordered the fried chicken sampler (12 pieces of 6 types) which is a great way to try the variety on offer for the first time. The sweet spicy variety is clearly a favorite of many as per reviews and what I see on other tables - but I find the seasoning too heavy for my liking; much prefer the others. Overall, the chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside without being oily. The seafood pancake was the highlight of the night - like onion basket but with squid and prawns - crunchy tasty goodness. The garlic fried rice was garlicky heaven but had to ask for soy sauce as it was under-salted; when balanced, it was very good. We enjoyed all 3 dishes in the end and will come back to try other dishes. Price was reasonable.

This place has gone downhill. Used to be amazing and was my go to place for Korean fried chicken. Standard has been dropping and this is the last time I’ll dine at Hansik.The chicken we ordered was half the normal size. We usually order the 8 piece along with a soup and have to take away leftovers. This time I was still hungry after the meal.When we ordered the same thing this week and it arrived I had to check that I did not order the 4 piece by mistake as the portion that came was half the usual size. I have attached photos to show the size of the chicken we received (barely larger than the size of a spoon). At $32 for the 8 pieces at those sizes it is way too expensive.
