I called Sydney Sheet Metal" in the morning and collected my flue kit in the afternoon. Great

I dropped into Sydney Sheet Metal and needed 2x45 degree bends for a custom chimney. Philip said no problems and within minutes it was done with a perfect fit. Others said it would take a week or so but Philip did it in minutes. I don't know if I was at the right place at the right time, but I can certainly say that Philip went over and above what I expected. Great workmanship and swift service. Highly recommended. Worth the trip out. Call before you go because they're out on jobs sometimes. Thanks Philip.

Waited on a quote for some flue pieces from Western Sydney Sheet Metal for 9 days, got on the phone to SSM and I could pick up the pieces that day for a better price too.So pleasant to deal with, above and beyond with helping me with my order, even when I changed it.Super pleased with the work and service.

These guys are outstanding in what they do.No fuss. They know their sheet metal stuff.Did an excellent small job for me. Did it while I waited. And very reasonably priced.

These guys are great, old fashioned service, nothing is a problem. I was taken back by their attitude, on top of this their prices were the best around, the guy even missed half of his lunch break so he could do my job and I didn't have to hang around and wait..

I am so disappointed with this company. I e-mailed two very clear diagrams for the sole purpose of having them (Alan) assess my requirements.Hi AlanAttached info forTwo story timber homeFlue requirements.PDF 1 (drawing) clearly shows the height of wall and degree of roof (I am a trade certified carpenter in regards to my ability to draw an accurate description of what I require)The product was fine, the problem was Alan had sold me three flue lengths too many.I called Alan to arrange a return, Alan informed me that he did not take back any returns, I stood my ground and made it clear to Alan that what I received was based on his calculations, at first Alan accepted this then decided he needed to speak with his partner which resulted in a 50% return payment offer (paid $120 which was a good price to be fair). Again I stood my ground which resulted with Alan transforming from the very nice affable guy to I have given you my offer
