Very friendly and helpful staff no trouble at all they tested my car battery and told me to give it a good charge no pressure about selling you something you didn't need. Vet professional highly recommend them to a friend.

Got there just before closing on a Saturday. The guys sorted me out with a new battery and off I went back to work! Thanks, guys, for looking after me they were pleasant and great customer service. Would well recommend!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the boss at Morayfield.I had a battery changed with battery world in September. Supplied my receipt and called them when I experienced another flat battery due to a dead cell stuck at my child’s daycare . Refused to come out and proceeded to tell me this was not covered under my warranty, was confused as to how they new when they didn’t even come out to check what the issue was .Paid $250 !!!! After waiting 9 hours for next available tow truck for my car to get towed ! Then my lovely mechanic found the issue following day and said it was a wire that was not connected properly and this was the third one he had fixed from battery world in the Redcliffe area this week alone !!!Battery world refused to help me after spending a large amount of money for a battery change. I service my car every 10,000kms it’s well maintained and these issues only came about from the dodgey install ! I would love for them to acknowledge this and the additional money I spent at my mechanic and for the tow !!! When they refused to help. As if they just came out in the first place they would have seen it was a wire not reconnected fromTheir install and the battery would have been fine and I would have been on my way !!! Not happy !!! And I would think twice before calling them to help !! Because they make a stressful situation much much worse

Our car limped into battery world on NYE and the team at Morayfield could not have been any more helpful and amazing. They had the battery we needed in stock and they fitted it straight away.
