Would not recommend. l had a facial scheduled for 12pm. At 12.20pm nobody had come to greet me or apologise for running late. By 12.25pm I was acknowledged and told that they would be another 20mins as one of her clients had made her run late. While I am usually ok with this, I have a newborn at home and this was my first time away and finally booked a pamper for myself. I said I couldn’t wait another 20mins (making it 45mins later than my appointment booking) she then said ‘ok I can take you in now then and I won’t do the extra thing for the other client’. I also had to reduce what I was having done to ensure I got back home in time after already waiting 30mins by this point. The facial was rushed 10mins (max) and the lady spent the entire time ‘selling me product’ not relaxing at all! Then I had a laser light treatment which she set up and it seemed a bit fiddly to get in the right position and then she left the room and went back to the other client. Within 1min the LED light fell on my face and I spent the entire treatment holding it up waiting for her to come back to see me. I then was charged $250+ for this. I wouldn’t usually write a review but the customer experience was so poor and I’m still frustrated by the lack of care I was shown. Would not recommend.

I have been visiting Elisa at the Beauty Scene from when she arrived in Freshwater years ago, and now I wont go anywhere else. Her knowledge, advice and quality of treatment & care is of highest standard. Her facials are the best!! I purchase all my product through Beauty Scene with confidence that it is good quality and will make a difference - which it does! I highly recommend it for all beauty services.

I have had a fantastic experience with Elisa. I have had both waxing and facials done by her. She has a wealth of knowledge from being in the industry for many years and has a sound understanding of the different needs of different skin types. She truly cares about her customers and has personally made me feel very special and cared for. She took the trouble to explain in-depth the science behind her treatments and I can confirm they absolutely work. She is brilliant at what she does and I will keep going back to her.

A HUGE shout out to is Alyssa from The Beauty Scene.I worked with Alyssa intensively on my skin prep for 2 weeks leading up to our wedding day. When I first walked in her doors my skin was dry, brittle & tired. She put me a personal skin prep program and literally transformed how my skin looked and felt in a matter of 2 weeks.I have always been super self conscious of my skin & the condition it was in prior to working with Alyssa was making me feel incredibly anxious. She not only made me feel confident on the day but she diagnosed my skin & introduced me to products that actually work!I cannot recommend Alyssa or highly enough.

I am very hesitant to give this business the rave reviews it deserves as I don't want to have any difficulty in booking in my weekly facial appointments !! My skin is the best it has ever been. Love love love the Beauty Scene. Highly recommended.

I am so lucky I have found Elisa. I will never go anywhere else now. She has completely transformed my face and it’s looking the best it has ever looked . I had a lot breakouts and she has cleared up my skin. Not only is she a skin guru but she also provides the best service and goes above and beyond for her clients.

Always have such a beautiful experience at the Beauty Scene! I always leave feeling so refreshed, relaxed.. and glowing! Elisa always treats me to an incredible massage whenever I have my facial (which I always love). Amazing products, treatments…..and of course company! Look forward to the next x

Elissa offers an incredible service. I’ve had several needling treatments and my skin has improved a great deal. Also the best at shaping my eyebrows! Highly recommend.

Elisa is a well-trained, professional and passionate beautician. Elisa has helped me with many of my skin concerns and sensitivity. She did an amazing job leading up to my wedding with planned treatments and I continue to receive compliments on my skin to this day.
