Civic Centre Veterinary Surgery

The level of service here is through the roof! The head vet Natasha has not one but 2 degrees in vet science and vet bioligy, with honours in both, and is the most thorough checkup I've ever been 2. Our 2 new kitten are now thriving after beeing rescued off the street in pretty bad condition. We've got lots of pets so it's great to know I've got someone I can rely on whom I trust completly with the care of my animals. These guys really do put the animals first.

Love Natasha, she goes above and beyond and honestly this woman deserves a medal. My dog is iffy with strangers but loved her straight away and that says it all in my eyes. Staff are always quick and prompt and professional. Place is clean and well kept and they also offer specialist food products for wildlife and domestic animals.

Absolutely amazing team! They really put in the time and love into your pet and genuinely care about improving their health.

Great vet and team. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have cared for all my pets for ten years. They truly care for animals and do their best to help and tell it like it is. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I used to highly recommend this vet. Natasha is a very caring veterinary and the old vet nurses were lovely. However, I feel the other staff have put me off entirely and have made this place go downhill. I have tried booking on an occasion, and the receptionist had no clue how long to book or what to list it as she said she would call me back... I did not get a callback. Another occasion, the reception staff and vet nurses were so rude. They gave me no information or post-operative instructions after one of my pets had to have surgery. I had to ask about the surgery and post-operative instructions. I would expect at least the vet would explain all this information instead of just trying to make me pay the bill and get out. I was laughed at by the reception staff when asked these basic question about the surgery and how it went. This place has become very unprofessional, and I was not happy with my experience recently on more than one occasion.

Wonderful kind vets I wouldn't trust my pet's to anyone else

Be aware of this vet! Doctor is always late for every appointment time... Have taken my cat to do the blood test, money charged and test done, told me will call me for the test result. Fisrt day called me the result delay then no response for 3 weeks!!! During these 3 weeks I have been visting them and called them, keep telling me the doctor will contact me back, laying and laying. Have been with them for 4 years, cannot believe they still have posiitive review??

Unfortunately we had to put our dog to sleep. However, I wish we came here sooner. The vet was knowledgeable and considerate . The team were very sweet to me and the kids. If we ever get another pet we will surely come back here

My cat recently became very ill and Natasha, Alison, Melissa and Toni were absolutely outstanding with her. I cannot thank them enough for helping nurse my cat back to health. Fairly priced and would recommend to anyone.
