Amazing experience with Photo Xpert Eastland!I had recently decided to take up film photography as a little hobby, and had sent an email to a number of places that would develop film. A lot of places just responded simple yes or nos to my questions and gave me a price. Photo Xpert Eastland took the time to give me a good explanation of the process, and even included a link to a YouTube video for beginners on film photographySince then I have sent a couple of emails with some questions on the process, which have always been answered in a professional and helpful manner. I have now had my first roll of film developed and was so incredibly impressed with the quality and turn around time! I was informed when my film arrived and advised it would be developed that afternoon (a big plus to me, as I had mailed in my film I was quite anxious about it's time in the post!) I received my developed photos only a couple of hours later! This whole process was hassle free, and very worth the small price to have done. Could not be happier! And will absolutely be continuing to use these guys for my future developing needs and recommending them to anyone and everyone!

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff here! Understanding of my requirements and easy to communicate with. My number one choice for photo processing and passports. Added bonus, they process film too!

Got the best passport photo here! They were super understandable after I had terrible photos taken at the post office due to really poor lighting. Always ask for flash!

Don't get film processed here. I lost an entire roll because they didn't realize" it was black and white film

Great service and very professional work. PhotoXpert restored an old photograph and produced a large canvas print from the photograph. They did a great job and very happy with the high quality result.

Extremely unprofessional staff. I went to have a photograph of new born child for the passport. Since 1 month old is not going to look at her but she started to shout and getting rude and asking baby to look at her. I have to ask the staff to be calm. Further there was not any arrangement for the photograph session for newborn she put a white t-shirt on the floor for background and asked me to put the baby on the floor. Lastly when I went to collect the photograph I have been given wrong photos, luckily I checked at the same time to avoid further inconvenience.

Most ridiculous photo shop and service I have ever seen!! Took passport photo in Eastland shop charge like $70 for 3 people, back to shop and ask for digital photo after 1 week time, the girl in shop want charge another $60 for it, who would pay $130 just for 3 passport photo???!!! Ridiculous!!!

Staff & Services are ok. I was stunned to know they charge money $2 to cut the passport size photos...the lady just gave me a sheet which has 4 pics and ask me to pay to cut the pics.Well, i didn't hide that i'm appalled. That's idiotic

Poor customer service, went there to take a passport photo for our little girl and weren’t even told how to position our baby as a result we were given an average photo, we ask the staff to send us the email of our photos, which was never received. Never going back there again
