This is by far the best bike store that I have ever been to. When I enter I am greeted by all the lovely bikes in the store and the pleasant vibes. Every time I go there all the staff are very helpful and kind, They take their time explaining all the little details of whatever it is that I need. They also price match with a selected number of different stores, And the best part is that whenever I come in and need something done to my bike they do it for free.I had bought a seatpost clamp about a day ago and I went over to there store and one of the workers was very nice and did the job for absolutely free. He also put grease in there to make sure next time i take it out it would be good to go.

Outstanding service from Mike and David at this store. Had a faulty item that had been purchased from a nearby store that had since closed down. Excellent prompt communication and happy with the outcome. Recommended.
