Had an appointment with Dr Paramjit Singh and it was a bit of an unplesant experience. He seemed stressed, blunt, rushed, and did a procedure on me that hurt. I've had this procedure done many times before with other GPs, without any pain. Will not be booking any more appointments with him.However, Dr Danielle Samra is amazing. So caring, professional and lovely.

Great reception staff and Dr Singh is always super efficient and to the point... never have to wait long, if at all and simply in and out.

Currently on the tale end of my twin pregnancy!Safe to say best surgery I have ever been too, have been going for almost 3 years and I didn’t think my experience could be any better until becoming pregnant.Dr Danielle was always on top of everything always 1 step ahead and any concerns she always looked into.The reception staff are AMAZING very nice to be greeted with a smile everytime and for them to remember who you are just makes the experience a lot nicer.

Firstly, I just want to say the ladies at the front desk are amazing I have nothing bad to say however I can’t say the same about dr Paramjit Singh. Today I’ve returned to see him as he requested (if I was still in pain) after waiting two weeks only for him to cut me off while I’m speaking, hurry me through my appointment (which he has done both times I’ve been in, mind you I’d been in his room for about 2 minutes) like he has somewhere else to be and at the end of my appointment after I relayed my concerns again he proceeded to toss an X-ray referral at me over the desk for “your peace of mind” when him and I both know I don’t need an x ray at all and it won’t solve any of my problems or put my mind at ease. highly DO NOT recommend seeing him I feel as though both times I’ve been he hasn’t answered any of my questions or even told me what the issue is. It’s been a complete waste of time seeing him it’s as if I’ve never been to the doctors at all. I could go on but I’ll leave it at that.

For a Bulk billing surgery the Doctors and Staff were Professional, helpful and friendly. I would and do recommend this surgery to family and friends. I heard they were runners up for The Best Surgery on the Gold Coast" They are the best Bulk Billing practice on the Gold Coast as far as myself and my family are concerned. Please keep up your great work."

I have been a patient at Prime Medical Centre since it started. My wife and I have seen a number of Health Professionals there, and must say they are all wonderful. Very professional and caring. As they are a bulk billing clinic I cannot see how they just want your money". We recommend them highly to everyone."

Receptionists are amazing and supportive. They booked me in with Dr Paramjit Singh for a very delicate situation and he was just terrible with zero empathy. Left the practice very upset and had to sort my problem out on my own. I am an healthcare worker and sometimes I wonder how can some people be doctors and working with people in need of help.Never ever again.

Always friendly staff and doc Buckingham always goes out of his way to make you feel heard and I trust him with my life. Great doctor

Great family practice. All of the receptionist are terrific. Dr Ash is fabulous and the practice nurse is a saint. Dr Singh is very helpful. I have not been to the female doctors but it is good to know there is an option.
