Sam was always so helpful and went out of her way to give me details as I needed. She also stayed back after her hours finished to enable me to pick up my car Friday evening instead of having to wait until Monday. amazing service from these guys. They also did an amazing job on the repairs. I highly recommend using these guys if you’re in an accident.

Please do not support this unethical business.Their greed has led to me being forced into a long civil dispute with an insurer as a result of the insurer's client selecting this business for repair.They will attempt to make as much money as possible by doing both unnecessary and unjustified workmanship billing double of what competing businesses have to offer.They will do so without considering for a moment that their actions are at the expense of the ordinary, everyday citizen; an expense that leaves them 10 grand shorter than what otherwise might have been if they had chosen to do honest work or if you went elsewhere.

Whoever drives the company car drives like an a-hole, didn't even slow down taking a shortcut through the 7-11 petrol station almost cleaning up a family in a 4wd, just because you can fix it doesn't mean you can damage it too

From the time I called to make an appointment to the time I picked it up, the staff were nothing but professional, informative and friendly. In this stressful time after the accident the lovely ladies in the office were always smiling and helpful. The facilities as you walk into the reception area were very deceiving as you would not have thought it was a repair shop, the offices space was stunning with all the amenities for a good waiting area with even barista style coffee (thanks Sam).I was very thankful to Bill for explaining and breaking down everything that needed to be done on my vehicle and explaining the process to the point that I absolutely had no questions to ask.The workmanship on my vehicle was second to none, as you could not tell I had an accident. The car actually was cleaner than I’ve ever seen it since I brought it home from the dealership and is running like a dream. I was drop my vechicle in april and they given 2 weeks for repair and after 3 weeks they hand over to me and unprofessional work done. Staff conversations can’t match one say I change whole tub and one say it’s second hand purchased but my ute is only 7 months old no one like second hand parts In new utes. Again I drop my vechicle and request them to please repair properly my utes but again half work done . I don’t recommend to anyone for go point cook collision.

I bought my dream car in August, unfortunately someone had already damaged it by September.Sam, Darren and the team were amazing from start to finish, quick, professional, friendly and the car looks as good as it did the day it was delivered, matched the metallic paint perfectly.Very happy and highly recommend.

While having a bad morning driving to work I managed to clip our Ford Focus and damage the front bumper.I was a bit worried about getting someone to fix it as it was a small job but Point Cook Collision Repairs were really easy to deal with. They quoted it in a few minutes and were really flexible with us booking it in.The paint match was really good and I had to get the old photo out to work out where it was originally damage was.
