I called in good spirits seeking help, the girl who answered the phone had a bad attitude from the start of the call and was so rude in her responses to my enquiry. Worst phone manner and customer service I've ever dealt with.

I got transferred to this provider from another... my first mistake.Had job lined up day following first appointment (obtained myself)Told they would cover the cost of uniforms, boots ect... anything I need.Would be reimbursed if out of pocket, if not opting for a purchase order for local stores.Unfortunately local store did not have stock, so I made purchase elsewhere.Latter I’ve come to find that I apparently offer 21 day accounts for Workskil...I wish I was in the financial position to offer a line of credit, obviously they believe so.When handed in recipients I was told they would need approval by manager.Like most Jobactive providers I’ve found dealing with them to only be a hindrance and no help at all in helping people obtain and keep employment.The only positive I can take from my short experience with them is how not to treat people if you want a job.I mean no malice in this review, but wish others to know what to expect... maybe save someone like myself that had a pitiful but better provider before.

I contact this Office on an unrelated matter( I am not looking for employment). I had an answering machine response at 10.20 in the morning. If the staff are that stretched they should give those looking for reception work some work experience. This is ridiculous noone answered the phone or put me on hold. If a client is sick that day and unable to attend an appointment that could mean centrelink cutting them off because Workskil were too lazy to respond to a phone call and there was a no show "by the client. Honestly

Rachael is a very nasty rude woman with no compassion for human beings.Update: I did not leave any contact details or ask to be called on a private number OUT OF THE BLUE and interrogated about my 1 star review THANK YOU VERY MUCH WORKSKIL THATS A SUPER INTUSIVE PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE PERSONAL ATTACK!!!

The people are highly trained, compassionate and caring. I was with a few others agencies before and this is the very best one by far. I was listened too. They were responsible for me finding my first job. Even told me to call up if I need any help. I can not praise them enough. Even after I still get friendly correspondence and professionalism from them all.
