Very rude customer service at this place! Definitely avoid at all costs

UNACCEPTABLE!!! I went to see Maz by the recommendation of my friend who's hair I always liked. I showed her what I wanted to do with my hair and asked if it's realistic with my hair, which she answered 'definitely'. Unfortunately the colour did not turn out as like anything I wanted. I left being unhappy about it but I couldn't stay any longer to have it fixed as I've got a baby. She offered to fix it another day. I went, she said it will be a quick fix. After she dried it off I said that it looks orange/rusty at the top and really light, which I didn't want. I have contacted her via sms expressing my dissatisfaction and politely requesting reimbursement of the money for the colour (I was happy with the cut) so I can go and fix it somewhere else. Couple of minutes after I sent the message I recieved a phone call from her husband, who's got a Online Real Estate agency next door to her salon saying that I'm trying to take advantage of his wife. I hang up on him as I don't even know him and was taken aback. He called back again, this time my partner picked up. Maz's husband started throwing threats at him and saying that he will 'find out where we live'. It was intimidating, threatening and abusive and should be reported to the police... I've never experienced anything like that... That's how you deal with dissatisfied customer!? Again it's totally unacceptable!

I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Great salon, I’ve been going there for a few years and am always happy with my cut and colour. Very reasonably priced and Maz is very professional

Maz is the best hairdresser I have ever had. I have moved to Qld now but I always come and get my hair done here when I am in town.
