My fit space is a very good gym to do a workout. I’ve been going for 3 months and I’m really enjoying it. I’m progressing every week but i like a challenge I don’t like easy Justin is very nice i like him. The staff are very friendly so is my personal trainer i Will stick going to the gym hopefully one day I will become very muscly I hope it doesn’t close down otherwise I’ll be very upset

when i first came in, i was greeted by the owner Justin who gave me a free session which was great.i was paired up with a PT who has a sports science degree which was a first for me. The trainers are definitely experienced and very knowledgeable.would highly recommend 10/10

Fitness Advancement is a great place to train and their model of training/enagement is exactly what I was/am after.Justin pairs you with a trainer who is Uni qualified, knows their stuff and helps you understand what training you are doing and why you are doing it.I was fortunate enough to be paired with Zac and he is great to work with.Would highly recommend Fitness Advancement to anyone looking to utilize a personal training service.You will not regret it.

Love my PT Merryn Hall, she is very professional & enthusiastic.pushes me to reach my goals. The gym is a private, clean and a secure environment to work out in.

So impressed with the quality and level of education the staff have. It really shows in the 1:1 sessions. I love that the gym can be filled with clients in every room and still feel so private. It’s a great environment for people of all ages and stages to grow stronger, fitter, and more confident.
