Normally I don't have very good impression about public services but recently I've had a chance to deal with a lady name Amina at Inala branch. It really surprised me to meet her and found out that she is really good and helpful. Thanks a lot Amina at Inala Department of Housing.

Spent money I don't have and time going in at the time they told me over the phone only to get there and be told I don't have an appointment, guy at the desk didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about. Meant to be a service that helps people, won't be going back

Over the past few years I applied for housing assistance from this company on 3 different occasions, they were not helpful at all and a woman over the phone was rude when I called to ask about my housing application, come to find out she was some kind of office manager at the time. They are more interested in taking you off the waiting list then helping you find suitable accommodation, if you're desperate like I was you're not gonna find any help unless you're a refugee.
