I will never go back there again . I took my Nokia to have the battery replaced , even though it was over the holidays and i understood that it would take a little longer to be read, it took a little over three weeks to be fixed. The battery they had ordered was not the correct one and when i rang to find out what the hold up was i was told this and spoken to like that was my fault, like i was spoused to know what battery it needed.And after ringing them five times i was told the first time that would ring me back and they didn't , the second time the phone rang out the third time i was told the battery was wrong. the forth time i was they would ring me when it was ready and never did , and then they told me they could not get hold of me because had lost my number when they had taken my details and taped it to the phone. The never rang me one , they rang me to let me know there was going to be a delay, and when i rang them to follow up they would talk over me and be extremely rude ..I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Went in today $210, to repair a iPhone 12 PRO screen.One of the cheapest in Melbourne only took 20 minutes, was very quick even offered a screen protector for an extra $20,Apple certified stores sell them for $437.Cheapest price was the Victoria market, but extra cost in fuel.customer service was very good as well.

Been here many times to repair my phone, perfect job every time and better prices compared to everywhere else. Always a perfect job

Worst customer service ever, don't waste your money and go there, this is probably the worst store in all Melbourne. They say they give you warranty but its all bul****t, they will sell you their broken products and give you no refunds. Again, if you don't want to waste your money, than don't go there!.

Took 13 in total days to fix a minor phone fixThe phone had issues charging they fixed the phone charged me 100$The phone got fixed but they left a fingerprint inside the camera and messed up the bottom speaker and the phone got back to its usual issue again that is problem chargingTook it back the other day andWent their every second day as they requested and they kept on forgetting that they had my phone for repairI repeatedly requested to fix the bottom speaker and clean the camera glass where they left the finger prints from previous repair .Got the phone back after about 10 days after the request and guess what they still haven't cleaned the camera glass neither did they fix the phones speaker .I wouldn't have posted the review if they would have done their job properlyI've emailed you the receipt just to make u sure it's Epping Pacific storeReference 012707Terminal 2701330025 Jan 2021

Staff were friendly and helpful but the Customer Service ended there. I have had a glass protector installed on my brand new 2 day old mobile phone. I chose the $50.00 glass protector as apparently it was the best one they had. Within an hour and a half of the glass protector installation, the glass protector lifted up and had to go back to have a new one reinstalled. While the staff were very happy to reinstall a new one, glue again leaked on top of the glue which had dried up in between the grooves of the phone around the screen. The glue was leaking through the man's fingers as he was trying to install the new protector. Note that the same thing happened with the first installation an hour and half before. The glue had leaked on to my brand new case. The man had not cleaned the screen on my phone properly and did not remove or could not remove the dirt and glue on the glass and the grooves around the screen of my phone. He told me that the glue would have well and truly dried up after a couple of days. When my LED case arrived four days later, I took off the case on the phone. The protector again lifted up as I found that there were spots where thick glue was present and didn't stick to other parts of the screen. For the 3rd time in 4 days, I went back to have the glass protector reinstalled. This time, the same man had reinstalled the same glass protector which came off. He didn't clean the protector and proceeded to haphazardly clean the screen on my phone. By this time, there was a pile of glue everywhere dried up in the grooves of the phone around the screen and all over the screen and the rest of the phone's body. By the time the glue had dried up, I could not use my fingerprint lock and touch sensitivity was gone. I realised 24 hours after that it was not my phone but the protector which was causing the problem. I was forced to remove the glass protector and found that my fingerprint unlock and touch sensitivity were immediately working without a problem.I ended up going elsewhere for the same type of glass protector installed the next day. I paid the same amount but it took the lady an hour and a half to remove all the glue that has been buried into the grooves around the screen and all over my phone and LED back case.Please double check and get your money refunded if it doesn't work the first time around. Don't keep going back to have the protector reinstalled. It will only destroy your expensive phone.
