We bought a truck last week, Rick was our awesome sales person and was very quick in getting quotes over, answering questions and managing our expectations, Eugene in finance department was amazing and extremely efficient. On delivery we requested a change in the location of the spare tyre and everything was sorted on site straight away and a very special shoutout to Li who fitted the change in location of spare tyre. So happy with his work. Overall we were just so satisfied with every aspect of our purchase and would defiantly repurchase from this company and feel very confident to recommend them to anyone considering a motor vehicle purchase.

Poor communication, poor customer service, poor work ethic, service technicians requires to be qualified mechanics not Laborers working on new trucks. Spend $15,000 replacing turbos and air box but Northeast Auto LONSDALE forgets to change the oils. The oil is fairly worn and thick. Chris Mclnnes believes this is perfectly fine, if it’s not on the quote it’s fine. While changing brand new Turbocharger is it completely fine to leave the old oil in?This workshop has no idea! I was told to take it to another workshop to get the oils replaced.
