So so disappointing. We leased a property with lift access as some of our clients are disabled. The lift to our suite did not stop there because it was turned off. Liftronic are the managers of the lift, I have been in contact many times to get a key or for a technician to come and turn the lift on" to our suite. It’s been 94 days now and not once has anyone called back to tune on the lift or leave some keys. The building strata manager said we have to wait for the lift company to make new keys?? - 3 months

We have lift entrapment - 4 staff trapped - reported in the new wing of NSW Art Gallery at 2:53 in the morning and after calling several times they updated around 330 am that a technician will come, eta minimum 1 hour - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE....never experienced such a disgusting service elsewhere working odd last 7 years in facilities mgt industry in Sydney. The lift break down every other day in this building

Liftronic service our lift in our apartment in Brighton Le Samds and all I can say is thank god we have two lifts as one lift is continually not working. Absolutely hopeless.
