My mother and i visited this store with a lot of ideas but just couldn’t put it all together.. Amanda was amazing, soo helpful. Extremely patient and just very pleasant person. Thank you soo much for your help. Didn’t feel rushed or anything. Great experience.

Dont buy from this store, when I had a problem with 2 of the 4 fans i had purchased they were of no help . Hunter Pacific told me to go back to them if I wanted a refund as I had to wait another 8 weeks for the parts .I had been a loyal customer at Beacon for many years and was dropped like a hot potato. I asked the person on the phone Jo if she would be happy if her family member was made to wait 6 month's to have the problem sorted she said yes , very rude and uncaring . Glad Im not in her family . What a way to run a business . Very Disappointing

Very helpful advice on lighting selection ,suggested best value for money, as well as explained lights would cast differently in home due to colour different to shop displays
