Connected Kids Speech Pathology

My son has delayed speech due to hearing difficulties and a cleft palate. He has been attending Connected Kids Speech Pathology since he was 18 months old. He is now 3 and the speech pathologists have worked so well with him and his language and articulation have improved significantly. He loves attending his sessions and they are very patient with him.

Speech pathology service was great. However, I 'm greatly disappointed by how the receptionist treated us. She blindly charged full amount on the credit card saved on the file. Unfortunately, this was the first time we faced her. On our previous visits, the receptionist was professional enough to offer us to use the same card on the file or a different card.Receptionist at Keilor was rude to us when we questioned why was the payment was forced without our consent, she said it was the policy to take payment prior to the appointment. If that's the case why were we treated differently on our previous visits by a different receptionist.I have complained this to the director at the service and she has offered her apology on her receptionist behalf. However, I wanted to noice this in public forum, so that others will be Mindful.

Lauren Lorandi from Connected Kids Speech Pathology, has been providing speech therapy to my son for 4 months. She is an excellent therapist who always engages my son and provides beneficial support to him. Her engaging personality drives him to learn and I am already seeing significant progress. My niece had a lot of difficulties with her stuttering. She has benefited immensely with her articulation thanks to Tania. Very patient and professional!! Highly recommended!!
