As this is a retail Hair Product shop also Kalah is expected to give Free advice to customers off the street who want to Colour their hair at home. rude people - ladies have a superiority complex - I felt belittled and will never return.actually left in tears.disgusted with treatment.

My mother in law and I went in for a hair cut, color and treatment in Devonport. The service from the start was absolutely disgusting. My mother in law asked on my behalf if it could be done in two hours as as there was a further appointment elsewhere. The woman said in a sarcastic voice I cant perform miracles". When the job was finished I left with half my hair straitened and half wet. The lady in charge said that I did not book all that in and that she has other customers to serve. This same woman was complaining to other customers that her brother is earning $8 and hour more than her and he isn't even a manager.The other two customers were offered a coffee and the hair dressers never offered me one. I was there before these customers and they were served with significantly more respect that I was. Minimal service given to me as my hair dresser (I believe the boss) was entirely engaged with the other hair dresser and customers.. The service I received left me feeling as though I was not wanted there and they were glad when I left. the rudeness and meanness will ensure that I never go again. They still happily took the $236 though. I feel that because I am obviously foreign

I took my daughter to get her ears peirced they were so horrible to me. i forgot I needed my photo I'd so we left and they chased us out of the store and acused us of stealing a scrunchy. It was overall a terrible experience. And two months ago my oldest was taken there for a nose ring she woke up the next day and it had fallen out.

Took my 9 year old to get her ears pierced today, it was a wonderful experience - both the girls were super professional and friendly. Highly recommend :)

Great experience at Price Cutters. The staff were professional warm & friendly. A very relaxing environment & I love my new haircut. Love this place!

My partner booked our daughter an appt to get her ears pierced. When he got there they refused service as he couldn't prove she is his daughter. At no point was he asked to bring a birth certificate and his photo ID when making the appointment. Terrible service. Do not reccomend.
