Trig Point Lookout
Easy hike, about 1.5 hours from visitors carpark. Occasionally see kangaroos.

Trig Point Lookout
It's a nice walk from the Hallam north car park to the trig point lookout. Took us around 1.5hr for the return trip. Plenty of Kangaroos and varieties of birds to see.

Bit of a climb to get here, but we'll worth it when you arrive. A couple of timber seats to rest on while you catch your breath. 20 minute bicycle ride from the Hallam Rd carpark.

Probably my own fault but hadn't appreciate this wasn't as accessible by car as Google was suggesting on my first visit. For my second trip I was more prepared for hiking the 90 minutes to the lookout from Hallam Rd car park. Could've been done in 60 minutes but lots of Kangaroos to photograph along the way. Pretty spot at the final stop, after a long walk uphill, with views 360 degrees (through the trees for some parts). Some seating areas and rocks to rest on at the end.

Lovely view and wide open space at the lookout. Perfect place for a picnic and soaking in the sun. One of the most popular spots for mountain bikers due the Commonwealth Games MTB track nearby.
