5 stars for a professional, welcoming and friendly salon experience.Each time, I've been very happy with my haircut and friendly service from Tianah.Pina did a fabulous job with my wifes haircut and showed great skill.Most definitely we will be returning here for years to come.

Had a terrible experience from start to finish. Rocked up for my appointment on time, it took 50 minutes for them to seat me. No one acknowledged me waiting or apologised. It’s clear the business is focused on cramming as many people in at once and not focusing on the customer experience. Throughout getting my hair down, the hairdresser was also trying to sell her car so was constantly standing around and messaging people trying to sell it and talking about it, which took away from my experience. She was flustered all day and was getting her apprentice to do so much work for her, then proceeded to speak to her rudely in front of everyone, telling her she was “talking back” to her, I was disgusted by this unprofessional behaviour. I asked for a trim and explained that I’ve had many haircuts recently so don’t want much off, she cut SO much of my hair off and didn’t listen to me when I told her that I don’t want my hair blow dried again. She put foils in my hair and left a huge chunk out the back of my head, so the front looks fresh but the back looks so bad. Then at the end, she didn’t even ask me how I wanted it styled and then after all this, they tried to charge me $50 more than what they quoted as I have “long hair”, even though I came in specifically for a quote and they saw my hair. I explained that if someone rocks up and they need to change pricing, it should be quoted from the get go. Worst hairdressing experience I’ve had to date and I won’t be going back. I felt so bad for the apprentice being treated like this and I’m embarrassed to post this review but hopefully it helps someone else who’s thinking of going here.

Me and my brother went in for a hair cut and the staff were amazing. They were very helpful and showed us what would work on a tablet. They were very friendly and good to talk to. We both left with amazing hair cuts. Would recommend to anyone.

Very kind, uplifting, brings out confidence and non judgemental environment and takes care of customers. Affordable and always spends lots of time to achieve the look and ensure good results. Gives very good advice on taking care of hair and skin. My last hairdresser at different salon didn't fully cut my hair properly. Pina fixed my hair cut layered it accurately. Dyed my hair and balance it out. Every time leave the salon always look young and elegant. Two images below are different times when I dyed my hair with this salon. Love it and them ❤

It was my first time experience in this saloon and it was great. I went for my hair cut and hair colour and the outcome is great. The attitude of staff is 5 out of 5. The hospitality was great. Especially pina who did my hair she is great. She has great experience in playing with hair and such a sweetheart. I would recommend everyone to try once. I really love it and I m going back evrrytime.
