The hotel is a bit old and smelly and the lady, she only like money, one extra child cost 20 bucks, sad. By the way, the motel’s room is clean so it’s good.

Love the place that we stayed. Will definitely come back again. It is value for money, clean and meet all our needs. It was very nice of them to keep our rooms heated before our arrival. I love their front reception that is decorated with an old school cash register and old telephone. I had a good experience staying here. It is just an hour away from the mountains and they are just at the entrance of Cooma. Easy to spot but entering into the driveway when is dark, need to exercise more caution for anyone.

The lady was very nice, the room was clean. However the water pressure on the bathtub was way too low... water was hot though. Also she gave us milk for making the tea and the kettle in our room was broken. Mmm I would say do not expect too much.

It was clean and tidy, no hot breakfast or suppers, you need to drive into Cooma for that. BBed was good and they had the room warmed to 25 degrees when i arrived so that was appreciated, overall it was good but a good distance from town.

The room was a bit old, the showers are very broken and there aren’t much water. The lady charged 20 dollar for an extra child

Great experience. We ended up staying here three weekends during snow season. Found it to be a lot cheaper than anyone else, the rooms bigger, table and chairs provided so we could just get takeaway and come back to the room without having to be around lots of people. Bar fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. If you don't mind the drive to the snow, stay here. You won't be disappointed.

The owner is super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are older but certainly very clean and comfortable. Decorated deliberately as old style and retro. Good value.

Being out of town, you need to drive everywhere. The service was excellent and the room was comfortable and warm.
