The company doesn't believe in good customer service. I purchased a few helium balloons for my baby shower and asked them to inflate it for me. They closed down the shop 1 hour earlier on the day of the pick-up, even though their website said they close down at 5 pm.I had to delay my plans and pick up the balloons the next day. As soon as I got out of the shop the most expensive and biggest balloon for detached from its tag and flew away. 2 minutes later the next biggest balloon got detached from its tag and flew away.It was a horrible experience for me as my whole mood was ruined before the festivities even began.Customers, Shop at your own risk!!
