Top of the Town Motel

We were greeted with a smile.Asked if we would like to have dinner in the restaurant. For us it was a bit expensive so we opted for room service & had the best risoles, mash & peas with gravy.The walk into town was nice but uphill going back about a 2 km round trip

I just want to say a huge thank you for the wonderful service we received from the moment they picked up our call requesting for a room for last night. Not only we’re they courteous and accommodating but they even offered to leave the heater on for us so we could thaw out quickly from the freezing weather. To top it off, both hubby and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Comfortable and relatively clean. A bit cramped for a family room but all family rooms seem to be. Not enough power points for modern devices and a car park that required precision to park in.The thing that put me off the most was the dark patterned pillow cases. I prefer to sleep on white ones in motels because it at least gives the illusion of being clean. Dark patterns feels like something is being hidden.

Excellent customer service.Lucky is the most awesome host.Very friendly and courteous.The room was lovely.Nice and clean.The food was great.Overall it's a great place to stay.We'll be back!

Was apprehensive at first but rooms were serviced daily and very clean. Great food and service

Wonderful place that is very clean and a great price. We stayed 3 nights over Christmas and Margaret was very helpful in adding an additional nights stay during a busy time. It is not really walking distance to town, but there is the on site restaurant and a service station right next door. It is very quiet and you really don't hear any road noise, or anything from adjoining rooms.There is a pool, which is big enough to entertain the kids for a while.We will certainly be staying here again in the future.

Friendly reception, comfy bed, hot shower good water pressure, clean room and a very surprisingly good restaurant! The location is probably the only downside as a little bit out of town but literally 3 minutes drive so not a big issue. The street apeal is not great but don't judge on this as the rooms were just fine and food was terrific- highly recommend.

An absolute best stay in Inverell. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant are friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms are spotless and the beds comfortable. The room service menu is more than adequate and the food of a high quality. I highly recommend this motel if staying in Inverell.

I booked through bookings.com at 11:30 am and had received my confirmation. Then at 3 pm and email came through to say the hotel had cancelled booking because they had overbooked. I didn’t get this email until almost 4 pm because I was on the road. When I contacted the hotel they told me it was okay it was booking.com‘s problem and they would find me another room. So what appears to have happened is that in the space of 3 1/2 hours they have had a customer come in wanting more than one room so they have decided to give mine away to somebody else and just blame booking.com. I would not recommend this property to anybody and we stay in hotels over 100 nights per year.
