Amazing service, staff are all friendly and willing to help

This is our local pharmacy. We are always greeted warmly and professionally. They have advised us wisely through all of the various COVID challenges. They have provided vaccinations and boosters promptly and efficiently. Setting up an appointment for a flu vaccine was quick and easy online. Scripts are usually filled on the spot. Rarely do you have to wait more than a few minutes. Parking is plentiful. Open 7 days a week with extended trading hours. Several times we have been the beneficiary of the extended trading hours when we needed medicine for a sick child.

We have been going to this pharmacy since 2014 and have always been greeted by very friendly staff. Always willing and eager to help. Thank you all for your helpful assistance at all times

Amazing staff! I called up late on a Saturday night asking for advice for my daughter's conjunctivitis, the guy i spoke to offered to drop off what i needed after he was finished work to my house, as i couldn't get down there until the morning. So so kind!

Great pharmacy! Warm and friendly owner. I’ve only been a Shoalwater/Safety Bay resident for 4 years, but the owner and his team have never failed me and my family.Interestingly, I just read a review below about these guys trying to rip off customers. In my experience, they are exactly the opposite. They’ve only sold me the right products at the right time.I saw another poor review try to compare this small business’s prices to Chemist Warehouse. That’s like comparing a small family trade hardware store to Bunnings! Totally unfair. I’d pay a couple of dollars more for supporting small, never mind the extra fuel to drive elsewhere!This guy and his team get a 10/10 from me.
