I had a horrible experience hiring with this company and would not recommend. It was all smooth sailing up until the gear was to be brought back. The staff member promised me via phone that if i was to bring the gear back myself there would be no issue with refunding the deposit. So i brought the gear back. Granted it was late to be delivered back. I had broken my nose badly and had told the staff member i couldn't drive and that I was happy for him to pick up (would loose deposit), the staff member and i organised in the end for me to take the gear after my surgery. Given my state i assumed it was ok to have a delay returning it and the staff member at no point mentioned the gear was needed or that it needed to be dropped off sooner. When i was not refunded the deposit i spoke with the boss. He stated that because the gear was brought back late i would not be getting the refund, which is in direct conflict with what his staff member had told me. The boss then passed the blame onto his staff member and took zero responsibility for his staff member to which he employs. He said that he's only part time". So blamed his staff member for promising something that the business would not deliver on. Further to this
