I was initially unsure about doing I pregnancy shoot, but I’m so glad I did, and that I found Alisia. Not only did she beautifully capture this special time as soon-to-be new parents, she made my partner and I very comfortable throughout - and we're both a little camera shy! She was reassuring and communicative in the lead-up, super flexible, and when it comes to nailing the brief, she was bang-on. And her work speaks for itself… there are literally dozens of images we love and could get framed, because of how gorgeous her shots are. She’s a super talented photographer and a total darling and I’d use her again in a heartbeat!

I am not sure how to sum up my experience with Alisia. She was easy to book, warm in welcome, accomodating of the turbulent emotions of my children and captured the most beautiful heirloom photos of me with my three babies. It takes a lot for me to get in the frame and she made it so easy and I will cherish these photos forever. I have already booked my next shoot with her and I cannot wait to experience it all over again. She is incredibly talented and worth her weight in gold!

It has taken me a while to find the right words for this review. We 110% recommend working with Alisia for family and birth shoots! We booked a birth package that included a maternity shoot that we requested was a family session instead and Alisia kindly accommodated this. The family session was fantastic! She knew exactly how to engage my toddlers and the photos were better than I could have ever imagined and were exactly what we had wanted- natural pictures of our family spending time together and laughing!We then had Alisia attend our homebirth to capture it all for us. She was so incredibly respectful and so good at her job that I literally barely noticed her when I was in the depths of labour. Seeing the gallery of photos really told the whole story of our bub’s birth and it is so amazing and special to have captured this. Everyone that has seen the photos, particularly those of our precious newborn right when he was born, has absolutely loved them!Alisia was a really special and valuable part of our birth team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or work with her again for future births and family shoots!Thank you so much Ali!!!

Hands down the best decision I made was to hire Alisia to capture my last weeks of pregnancy! I’m so happy we were able to fit in our maternity session as I would’ve completely regretted it if I didn’t. Not only is Alisia insanely talented at capturing photographs but she also helped to make me feel comfortable and relaxed while shooting which is by far the most important part of getting the right shots that feel natural. She’s also amazing at finding the right light and I loved that she played around with different settings and experimented with a variety of shooting styles. I will 100% work with Alisia again for my next Bub!

I was fortunate enough to stumble across Alisia on Instagram while I was pregnant with twins. Alisia is so amazingly talented and such a beautiful human. She captured the birth of our son and it was honestly like she wasn’t even there. The images are absolutely stunning as is all her work and we will treasure them forever. Alisia was very easy to communicate with despite a last minute change of plans when our boy ended up being almost 2 weeks early.
