I was checking out all the flavours and order sizes, during that time the employee was patient and friendly. I ended up ordering some vanilla with mint ice cream for nostalgia sake. Ice cream was good with chunks of mint chocolate inside.

Ice cream is always the best way to end the night!!They give samples so you can try the flavour before committing to just one!

Nice enough experience! The 3 staff working were super friendly and served everyone in good time.Would be more helpful for staff and customers to have a clear “order here” section and a list of the flavours on a board for all to see rather than pushing and shoving to get to the front!

Really delicious ice cream, great service & really nice location being near the lagoon & restaurants. Serving sizes were good in relation to price & there were take home packs & other items available including Ben & Jerry’s flavours scented candles. Ice cream is melted a bit due to it being 32 degrees so these went down really nicely on such a hot day.

I wish there was a cheaper small option. Not everyone can eat the size of a regular, but for the price it's definitely the right amount to serve.. a kiddie size single scoop would be perfect.With our big group, everyone was very happy with flavours

Delicious ice cream, good staff and service. Lots of veracities are there. Serving size requires a bit attention as they don’t present what shows in the pictures. Take home packs are also available.

Ice cream is great, plenty of mixins and not icy. Small scoops are only $6.80 so not sure if they changed that recently. While the cup is small it was a solid sized scoop and perfect for a quick treat after time at the beach. Huge range of flavours, friendly staff and pint fridge if you want to take some home.

You guys really need some form of leadership or management. Had maybe 4-5 customers in store and we got “served” twice. To be fair we were serviced by someone that was new to the role and she told us she didn’t know how to scoop the particular ice cream we wanted so no problem. But instead of getting someone to help she just served the next person. We tried to get someone’s attention but we were ignored which is fine considering everyone was probably doing something. After the line had dispersed we finally got served but we could’ve been out of there 5 minutes earlier. Doesn’t sound like much but when you’ve got two kids waiting on their ice cream 5 minutes is a long wait.Otherwise I’m sure these guys are alright, the ice cream was yummy and the prices are very reasonable.
