Paceway Mitsubishi

I am so impressed with service at Paceway. I had an issue post service on my 22 Outlander that was cosmetically minor, but very noticeable to me. The Paceway team went out of their way and rectified the situation that week. A HUGE part of buying a car is post purchase support the quality of service and the brands response to resolve problems. My experience with Mitsubishi today makes it the best brand I have dealt with from a post customer service perspective. Customer for life. Thank you Paceway service team.

The sales person we saw was very informative and helpful. Was an easy process to test drive etc. We bought elsewhere due to availability, but would have bought here if it was in stock.I would note that we were informed prices are firm but there was a sales docket from someone else in front of us on the desk with a lower price listed, which was a bit rough and had someones private details. There was one person that answered the phone that gave the impression we need them more than they need us, which would be offputting if not for the good service in person.

Absolute rip off! Put my car in for service and tried to say things were wrong with the vehicle which were completely fine to get money! Ridiculous pricing i have fixed service price of $300 they tried to charge just under $2000 for a service. The lady at reception did not greet nor my mother and just wanted the money from us so awful after a long day at work and you go to pick up your car from a service centre. Absolutely horrifying experience!

I just wanted to thank the Service Manager, Penny, for her help, and kindness recently, when we recently went through a nightmare car service. A 150.000Kl service, ended up costing a fortune due to unexpected additional repairs. Through it all, Penny was so helpful, and very kind; very much appreciated.

Update - I’m making an update to this review. I’m happy with my new car but trying to get the car in for a service is impossible. Absolutely impossible. The service department won’t answer phone calls or return phone calls. I’ve been trying for weeks. And the reception are not helpful at all, saying they can’t do anything about this. I’d recommend going somewhere else, which I will definitely look into now.Original Review;I feel so so lucky to have gotten Yang as my sales representative. He was able to get me the car I was after, in the colour that I absolutely love and so quickly! Which is not an easy feat when wait times for cars are anywhere from 3 months onwards. He really looked out for me and was always honest, which I appreciated so much. If you are thinking of buying a Mitsubishi definitely ask for Yang. Thank you so much Yang, you are amazing at your job and a great person

I need a car urgently but it takes few months to get. However, with the help of Mr. Glenn, I got within a month. Mr. Glenn is exceptionally great dealer in any ways to fulfilled our need.
