Big Purple Phone has been an absolute godsend for my 85 yr old dad and myself. No more long distance calls discussing and trying to fix nonworking features on phone or lost photos etc.Now he has a simple and easy connection and Iam reassured his phone is safe.Support is great and staff are so quick to assist any request, sort out any concern and update any request.So, so happy!

This company and phone are fabulous. Every call made to the office is handled quickly, professionally, and in a friendly way. The phone itself is brilliant. My mother does have some trouble using it at times, but she absolutely couldn't use any other phone we tried including one she'd had for 2 years but couldn't remember how to use it. I've shown the phone to people at her nursing home, and I reckon there's be a lot more residents feeling secure if they had it.

We have recently purchased a Big Purple Phone for my mother in law to keep her connected with our family and friends. I was initially skeptical about the initial purchase price but the phone quality, functionality, ease of use and the support from the Big Purple Phone team has been excellent. When comparing them to their competitors, the quality of the phone and its features are far superior and the ongoing monthly charges are very competitive. Looking for a phone for a elder friend whom was always accidentally turning the volume down hence I/ no one could reach her. She also needed FaceTime. She struggles with technology so a normal phone system was out of the question. Finding the Big Purple Phone was a blessing. When it arrived.I said it’s Beautiful!! It has big on screen buttons for messages, phone, video chat, photo’s, torch, radioetc.The volume output is outstanding.The best I’ve ever heard from a phone. I could finally hear my friend loud & clear,- like she was right next to me. You can even press speaker for say if BPP is in its charge cradle. Charge cradle is a superb device that can lock down to a service table ie hospital, nursing facility. I found this great as no need for friend struggling to try putting in a cable and then have it slide off her table. I got the Family & Friend package so I could help her out if she's struggling. Setting up your loved one BPP is easy. Simply put in your own & loved ones contacts picture’s and number's and there they are all big button on screen pics of their loved one’s all ready for your loved one to phone, video chat, message.- easy.Press phone button- press a picture contact -easy. There’s also a special pen if your loved one finds that easier. And captions option within a simple click.With Family & Friends set-up, if loved one is struggling and you can’t figure it out, the Big Purple Phone lovely people are always there on-screen within a instant.The Big Purple Phone is a wonderful phone for the elderly, I actually found it a lot of fun to use.Libby, James, Amy & staff are just beautiful people.I/we couldn’t be anymore impressed by the Big Purple Phone.Michele & Margaret

It is an excellent mobile phone for an older person; easy to use, clear pictures & reliable. Communication can only be made by persons who are invited to be part of a group of users - so no nuisance/marketing calls. Any issues are always resolved by Big Purple quickly, they are good to deal with. So far, we are very pleased with this phone.

Big Purple phone has been great for my Mum with moderate Alzheimers who can get by well with the phone - sending messages and calling - and thankfully it’s loud enough that she can hear it when it rings and is able to answer the call.I really like that it’s a closed network - no more scam calls!Libby and the team have been extremely responsive and helpful as we set the phone up and got Mum used to it.I highly recommend the phone and the service.

We got the Big Purple Phone for our Mum, who is not at all tech savvy. The large icons and ease of use are great for Mum, and she no longer has spam callers hassling her. Mum loves that she can now receive photos to her phone and last week was thrilled that she learned to take a selfie. We highly recommend Big Purple Phone for the simplicity and peace of mind it offers.

Mum is in her 90's and had not used a mobile phone before she purchased BigPurplePhone. Whist it took her a while to learn to use it, the simplicity of the phone has helped and the support we have received has been outstanding.

I was a little unsure about the Big Purple Phone, but my mother was struggling with adapting to technology. We had an issue that was instantly resolved in a very friendly way. Mum had an issue with sliding from her chair but remaining upright so her alert device did not respond. But with the Big Purple Phone, she is able to ring or text. She can also send photos from the comfort of her lounge. It’s a fun, funky and friendly device.
