Maybe update the web page opening times to stop myself and 20 others turning up at 8am on Easter Saturday morning. The web site clearly states closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday but open on Saturday.

Hopelessly overpriced, staff are/ can be quite rude at times. If I didn’t work for a local government I think that would struggle dealing with people in the real world with that attitude. Much better places to go in the area total waste of Ratepayers money, save yourself the poor experience go elsewhere.

Feels a bit weird to review a tip, but here goes.Been here 3x in 2 weeks and my experience has been totally different to the 1 star reviews that seem to be showing up.- First time my car was packed the overflowing with a mix of cardboard, plastic and polystyrene. The staff member was helpful and didn't charge a thing. This wasn't expected at all.- Second time, the mix was a bit different. I was expecting to pay a full SUV price but they understood the load was mixed recycling and rubbish. Total charge? $25.- Third time, another mix of recycling and trash. The staff member (same as the first time) let me dump it all without any charge at all. Much appreciated.5 stars isn't really possible as the organisation of the area could be a little better and there's not a lot of room. No issue for me but might not be the best place for someone not used to navigating small parking areas.Otherwise, it does exactly what says on the can - takes your trash and recycling without any fuss at all.

Attended for “Detox Your Home” event. Was impressed by the efficiency from the online booking, email reminders, clear instructions and hands free service. You simply drive in with permitted household chemicals in your car boot, sit in your car, and the attendants take your chemicals from your boot and sort/dispose of accordingly. Took less than 2-3 minutes from arrival to driving out. And, it’s completely free. Will definitely attend again in future.

So I'm rating a tip!Well, it's actually quite clean, tidy and low odor. It's well managed by helpful staff.Never had an issue here.

Website prices are a little confusing - the costs for vehicle size apply only to non-free items. Otherwise, it only has capacity for a few cars to offload at a time but very handy. I waited for about 10 minutes in the queue but you could see the people who worked were doing their best to speed things up.

Not sure about the negative reviews on google for the service" that people are expecting from a tip... but I have only ever had good experiences from the many times I've been here. Attentive and quick directions from staff. I've even had offers of helping me unload bulky items."

Went there on a Sat with a boot load of e-waste. Was pointed in the right direction, no cost, no line. Thumbs up!
