Get Packed Packaging

I was looking for a company in Sydney that sells professional heat sealers and decided to buy it from Get Packed.Their customer service is fantastic! Since I didn't have any experience with plastic sealers, they were able to demonstrate me different kind of products that they are selling and I was able to test their products with my own plastic bags as well.I think they really stand out in customer service and understanding what you are trying to use their products for and advising on what's suitable.Also, they do have a great stock - other companies that I received a quote from had a lead time between 3-5 days, whereas I was able to just go there and pick it up straight away.I highly recommend Get Packed for anything around packaging. Make sure to give them a visit and have a look at what they have in stock, just to get an idea what else you might get from them.Many thanks to the team at Get Packed, especially to Kieren and David who both helped me a lot and made my shopping today a great experience!

Ordered a product. Took over a month to receive with no feedback, I had to keep chasing them for updates on my order. Then when the product was received it was not as per their website description. When I asked for a refund because it was not what I ordered, I was told I have to pay for the return cost as per the T&C. They have since updated their website description after I ordered and pointed out the issue but they still want me to pay for costs.Please read the product description very carefully before placing your order.

10/10 Actually - pleasure to deal with, nothing was too hard. Accelerated manufacture of a non standard line to suit my schedule. Excellent service from the guys in despatch to facilitate delivery - 10/10
