Wow, what a positive experience! I don't write reviews online as a rule (positive or negative), but this business deserved it. I have owned my Subaru Outback for 6 months and was looking for a specialist Subaru mechanic. Lucas and his team were professional, curious and helpful. I had just had baby 3 days prior and Lucas was able to get my service done in 2 and half hours and get me on my way. He accidently forgot to get me a curtesy car but gave me 10% off as an apology (everyone is human hey?). I could not have asked for a better experience, first time customer, but felt like a customer of 10+ years. Thankyou Lucas Automotive team, I will be back.

I am very happy I took my Subaru Wrx for a service and Lucas and the team are the real deal.High quality efficient work and care doneThey deserve all 5 stars.Abit pricier than some but at least the job will be done properly and carefully.

Lucas came highly recommended however I am very disappointed with the service provided. They did not contact me with regards to what needed to be changed and then charged me $1500 for a MINOR service. I was then told I would need to bring it in for another minor service in 6 months time. When I asked them how much it would cost to replace the left hand drive shaft they quoted me $900. I subsequently got it replaced for $360. If you want to be ripped off...go to Lucas. I only gave them 1 because I couldn't give them zero!!!

My car went in for a service Monday. They did multiple things without calling to consent to doing the work, or prove the work actually needed to be done and had the audacity to put a sticker with their logo and number on the back of my vehicle without permission. I'm not here to advertise your business without consent. My car isn't your free billboard. A good customer service tip, ALWAYS GET CONSENT FROM THE CUSTOMER. You're very lucky you were dealing with my pushover of a partner and not me

Lucas and his team prepare my Subaru WRX Sti rally car. All components including engine, gearbox, differentials, drive shafts, brakes, suspension, and steering are tested to the maximum. The car has NEVER let us down thanks to the meticulous and professional way Lucas and his team go about their work. They are also extremely honest and unbelievably well priced.
