After 5mth of looking at many car dealer's, n talking to multiple sales person's, my wife and I almost gave up. As first new car buyers the process was quite nerve racking n a bit intimidating, Sometimes it felt a bit judgemental/brushed off at times.But we kept at it until we finally came across Cecilia Veehala, at Jeep Parramatta.A very professional understanding informative caring individual, we felt comfortable at ease and without pressure. The after service it absolutely TERRIBLE, I am so DISAPPOINTED ☹️!!!As soon as they had their sales you are on your own, your phone calls does not get answered, email completely ignored for weeks. I am still waiting for the concerns about the tint service that I have paid for to be addressed , the faulty parts of my Brand New Jeep to be replaced/dealt with, the malfunction of the voice command to be fixed. NO REPLY. STILL WAITING.

I called as there is an issue with water entering through multiple parts of the ceiling to my 2 year old jeep and was trying to explain this to this lady but was reached with a rude and unimpressive attitude.Unfortunately, I am not aware of how this should have been fixed as i have only ever gone in for servicing. I asked if this is classified as a service and the response i got felt like it came from a moody 16 year old who then hung up on me.Your staff should be educating customers on the process, not speaking down to them and over them.
