Adams Smash Repairs

So happy with the service provided, they are prompt, efficient and understanding.My car was in a not at fault accident so everything covered by insurance. The receptionist organised the hire car and taxi on the morning of drop off. Repairs were estimated at 4 days & I received a call after 36hrs to say my car was ready. They did an amazing job, and even fixed up a few other issues free of charge. Car came back clean and like new.

Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service by Adams Smash Repairs. I brought my car in after it was hit and damaged by another car. The communication and level of professionalism was second to none. They hooked me up with a hire car and kept me in the loop the whole time they had my car. There’s just no way I’ll take my car anywhere else from now. Absolutely outstanding service, 6 out of 5 stars. Thanks team!!

I think the photos say enough, the last 3 photos are of before the vehicle went to Adams and all the others are from after. Not all marks on my car are now dirt. What happens when you use a dirty rag to clean a car? really??? I was told by NRMA not to clean the car as it was going to be done for me complementary" I wish I had cleaned and taken more photos

Our business vehicle was the not at fault party in an accident. I was happy to say that the least painful part of everything that came after that was the friendly, helpful and capable staff at Adams Smash. They constantly kept us in the loop with the repairs and assisted with the insurance claim process and organising hire trade vehicles. As with all the other large quantity of negative responses, I highly recommend you not go to Adams as you will be disappointed beyond words by the lack of quality and attention to detail. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is backed by their vindictive, nasty behaviour designed to intimidate and humiliate you. I will be asking the NRMA why they are still using Adams as an approved repairer. Read all the negative reviews for yourself - Adams isn't worth the risk!

My acumen where vehicle mechanical service and smash repairs could be measured in the zero to zilch category however as the owner/operator of a successful business for well in excess of 25 years I feel that I am, if nothing else, at least ideally able to assess the service I receive from any business and their staff.Due to the age of my car I have had to deal with mechanics on numerous occasions and now due to the num nuts that drive and park in the Gosford area I have been forced to deal with panel beaters 5 times in less than 9 months. 4 were due to those simple minded people who still possessed a drivers’ licence and thought they could park a car without damaging another and when they did damage they did not even have the basic good manners to leave their details. I freely admit to the fifth instance which I was at fault. So including a car service it has been a privilege to deal with Adams 6 times.Their professionalism has been of the highest quality. Their workmanship on my vehicle has been of the highest caliber and well in excess of my expectations. Their administration staff at Adams have always been courteous, friendly, empathetic, and always communicative I have sat in the office area on many occasions and gauged their inter-reaction to clients both in person and on the phone and as busy as I have seen them they have always comported themselves in a most proficient and dexterous manner. Issues I had with Adam smash repairs1-we booked a car repair time with them for in 2 months time, they cancelled the booking date without telling us. So we had to rebook 2 months later due to them being busy. Broken door for 4 months in total. Funtimes. They said it was because we didn't confirm with them, but nowhere in the text did it say we need to confirm the booking (it just said we can't book you a hire car till you confirm with your insurance who was at fault).2-when I called to ask how repairs were going as I needed to assess whether I needed to extend my hire car lease she said you realise I just said all this to your husband don't you" obviously I didn't or else I'd not have called her.3-our car went in with working boot door gas things

Based on most recent experience...it appears they are only interested in jobs throughinsurance" ....It doesn'take much to work out why?$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$Apparently the the owners are "Christians"... when it's convenient to be so.... just not when it's inconvenient...or could mean less profit to do the right thing?"
