Best scones on the mid north coast. Betty is the oldest surviving Old Bar resident at 91. She used to come to dances here in her younger day.

Nice food and coffee but not happy with the service. We went there for breakfast and we had a dog with us. We sat on the deck, no one actually said that we cannot take our dog on the deck (or no signs-dogs are not allow on the deck). My partner got coffee, the staff didn’t say anything to us and then suddenly the other staff came saying ‘ because of some kind of legislation we are not allow to bring the dog on the deck’ which we didn’t know. So we had to move our seat, she didn’t even help us to move the stuff what was on the table and we had to sit under the sun for the whole time while we were eating breakfast.*If you have a dog I don’t recommend to go here because you can’t sit on the deck!(only 6 tables available on the road which there is no shade).*Me and my partner made sure we looked for the signs but couldn’t see any around the entryway. I would love to put my dog at the park next to the deck but just couldn’t think of it as a first time visitor. It would have been really nice if the staff who told us to leave the deck made a good suggestion like the owner said*

Waited A FULL HOUR for my pizza, thing is so poorly made i do not understand how you unironically do this...Ham is ungodly thick, cannot be chewn through so its all or nothing - literally maybe .7cm on one slice i swearplease save your time and money especially w entrees - charged $16 for a single pork skewer???

Went there for breakfast. The staff were polite and cheerful and the food was very good. The coffee was a decafe and was ok. Looked good but it wasnt strong enough. It always comes back to the bean and roasting.

Great atmosphere with a good vibe. The live music is a treat and something a little different. Great beers on top and the guy on the bar makes a bloody great margie! The pizza is also amazing!! Best pizza I’ve had in a while for sure!

Went to flow for dinner friday night with the family (grandparents and teenage children).Great tapas and good portion sizes. The pizzas were fabulous too. Friendly helpful service with a good selection of drinks.Good value for money.

Amazing! Great casual venue with terrific live music. The menu has a wide range of tapas style eats, pizza and main meals including specials. The hosts were incredible in looking after dietary requirements - seriously above and beyond! We'll be back!

Good food and great vibes.Live music available on Friday nights normally and they have some great talent here.Great for a TGIF dinner with drinks or for a round of celebratory drinks and good eats for any occasion.Pizzas are amazing. Great freshly baked stuff. Dough has a great texture and they have great toppings to go with

We have eaten dinner at Flow Bar twice this week. Both times we have been wonderfully impressed. Our children say your margherita pizza is the best they have ever had.Friday evening vibes were great with the live music playing.

Good food, ok cocktails, nice vibes and live music, deck was a bit too crowded as was a Friday night.
