Although we only stayed one night, our experience was great. The front desk staff was friendly. Our one bedroom apartment was well equipped and tidy. It is close to the Main Street. We’ve since booked again.I’ve included a couple of photos, but not of the bedroom or bathroom.

Happy to recommendRoom was clean had everything we needed.There was a misunderstanding regarding who was responsible for payment of drinks from fridge given we had travelled with friends from overseas. It appears details of friend's credit card were overlooked and I received bill. Upon discussing with Kiern hotel kindly took care of situation as our friends had left Australia. Fantastic customer serviceWe'll definitely be back.

It will do just bring your own pillow as the pillows are hows your father. The lift looks like 1970 death trap. Breakfast is served around 7am till 8:30am not after 9am!!. And the shower bath can be a bit wet for my liking

Not bad stay. Location is good and shops close by. I had two rooms booked but was denied 2 rooms next to each other as I was told all rooms were booked. I thought it was too ambitious to believe But nevertheless.

Convenient, location, clean rooms for the budget conscious.Time I visit restaurant, tje bar and restrurant tradingAir conditioning intermittently work during the night and rooms are really not soundproof, which is a key consideration for light sleepers or young families

Stayed in the busy December period. Good location. Rooms were ok, but noisy pipes. Definitely need an upgrade. Bed not too flash and terrible pillows. Breakfast was expensive and options were very poor with one choice of cereal and one choice of bread as the only options. Fruit in the fruit bowl was old and one piece was rotten. Coffee was really good though.

Stayed here for work and was booked in by our travel company and have told them to never book me or any of my colleagues in here again. Location is the only tick but the rooms are dirty,there was a two seater that would not be picked up from a council pick up and reception staff were not welcoming at all. First review I have ever left but this place is so bad I have to warn others.

Old grubby rooms, disgusting couch, hard beds that broke my back, breakfast was a joke. Unfortunately had to live in these conditions for a week due to work but will make sure to never return. Staff were friendly but whoever runs this place needs a reality check.

We used to send our Business staff here as originally the Best Western, obviously changed hands during Covid and now just a disgustingly dirty motel.Never again, recommend staying elsewhere as obviously cleaning is off the agenda now.

The staff were very friendly upon checking in. The room was clean and nice to stay in. Only complaint about the room condition was the yucky couch in the corner. Our overall stay was pleasant until tonight. A large party moved in upstairs and at 1am have decided to start karaoke and we are unable to contact front desk for any assistance. Ruined what was a nice stay. Otherwise a good hotel to stay in and a great location close to shops and the city.
