Col is fabulous and takes the time to get to know you, your skin and what you/it needs! She is so generous with her time if you any queries or concerns. Zein Obagi has done wonders for my problem skin and I have never found a product that works like it. Thanks Skin Institute and thanks Col for looking after me and my skin - I could not be happier!

Very competent but expensive - I guess it's no surprise that they are expensive, considering their location and target market. I attended this clinic many times over years and was always delighted with the outcome and was prepared to pay for the qualifications and expertise of their staff. However, my most recent visit will probably be my last. Paying approx $150 PER HAND to have the backs of my hands treated with IPL (I had my face and neck done as well) left a bad taste in my mouth. That's about $15 a pulse! It just seemed way over the top and I've been upset about it since the treatment.

I have been attending the Skin Institute for over 10 years. Michelle is fantastic, very friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable on what will and will not work best for your particular skincare needs. The Rationale cleanser is a must buy. I highly recommend and I hope to come here for another 10 years!

Michelle at The Skin Institute was recommended to me by a good friend several years ago and I’ve always felt like I’m in very safe hands and have been extremely happy with the results. The rooms are aesthetically beautiful and impeccably clean, and the staff are always polite and friendly. I’m generally not one to leave a review, but I do rely on them heavily when making my own decisions. I have since recommended The Skin Institute to several friends who are all now happy customers.
