One of the worst organisations on the planet. They dont really care about kids and tend to make things worse. It is truly pathetic that they can get away with what they do while unreasonably judging others.

Just another government department that is a let down.. Not really interested in the bigger picture nor mitigating circumstances. Let's teach our kids that parents teachers nor any other adult has no right to provide corrective behaviour and just pull the get out of jail free card. you can't touch me nor say anything" Well done on your achievements."

Unfortunately there are not enough words to describe how this department racially profiled us. Never engaged with us, information was always last minute. They honestly don’t care about families.

Do not get back to you when you need to talk to them about an emergency. They scream at me on the phone for no god dam reason. They are not nice to you when you are in a bad situation.

The support staff at this Office need to know the Child Safety Laws. After 4 weeks of ringing to find out the welfare of my child l am still waiting for a return phone call. Not good enough for a government department

They are nothing but scum, they are all for destroying families, and keeping them apart. They never work with you only against the parents..

I wanted to highlight alex. She has been so kind to me during a hard time and always makes the visits enjoyable with her calm positive presence. I really appreciate that. Also she is kind enough to pick my daughter up from school and drop her home. Thankyou Alex. I hope the government puts more funding into government employees so the children and families can be helped more.I also wanted to add, I feel that a water fountain, music therepy meditation, art therapy a beverage and snack cafe would really benefit and liven up the placd. also some beautiful colours and indoor plants and aromatherapy would also be beautiful.thankyou Alex.
