Lena's Sydney Nails

Lena is so sweet and thoughtful. Best gel manicure I've ever had. I had it done Sept 6th. It's Oct 14th. Not one chip. Yes it's a little out grown but I'm shocked that it has not flawed and almost want to see how long it goes!! If I lived near by, she would be my go to hands down. Wow!!!

I've been twice recently and both times Lena has been amazing. My manicure/shellac nails have been neat and clean. I've had so many compliments from friends on them. She also takes great care of customers - would highly recommend!

I’ve been here many times because I always forget why I get so annoyed! They do a good job but it’s always such a long wait. No point making an appointment as you can end up waiting an hour anyway.

After receiving an infected toe from a pedicure, (the instrument penetrating the skin) and being put on antibiotics, Lena refused to acknowledge the service provided and was even rude about it. Obviously there’s a reason reviews are disabled in their FB page.

really disappointed to leave this review after going to Lenas regularly in the past. Lena and the team have always been friendly but the service I received today is inexcusable.You will see in my photos that the colour I ordered isn't even close to what I received. When I questioned the colour upon first application I was told it will lighten. When I got to the end and saw it in fact just got darker I was not happy. Then I got told that when I wake up in the morning it will be lighter (does Lena think I live on the moon or something?)Then I was offered $5 off of my SNS manicure which was supposed to be $50. Never mind the fact that I have to go around looking like Barney the Dinosaur for the next couple of weeks.I won't be going back in a hurry I will stick to my usual spot in Bondi Junction where they charge $32 for SNS and they give you the colour you ask for.

Super affordable and great quality might not but be the best welcoming service tho but you’ll get to like it

I tried a couple of places, but this one i like the most.I only got pedicures, and the entire service is really good and the colour lasts. I am very happy with it. Also the massage chairs are great.There was only one time when there were a lot of people, i was not super happy with the service as they rushed it.Generally bring some time, they usually take their time (which i prefer over being out fast and having a worse service)
