Easy ordering and fast shipment. The F1000 ebike exceeded my expectations! It is extremely well built, with everything either aluminium alloy or stainless steel. Full hydraulic brakes, hand-stitched handlebar grips, wow… Highly recommended!

If you want to rent an electrical bike, do not rent here. I’ve had the worse experience with bike and customer service.I ve rented it for 6 weeks and had several problems with it. The man who works there doesn’t have acknowledgment and any respect for you and I felt very uncomfortable when I was there.Honestly, pay extra $10 and rent somewhere else. Not worth it

Really good service! They know how to treat a customer. And I really enjoyed the bike unfortunately I moved and that's why I stopped use the bike here in brisbane. If you think about renting from spark bike I highly recommend you to do it

My experience with Spark Bikes has been an absolute joy. I used to work as a delivery guy for uber eats and had some experience with other ebike rental shops but Spark Bikes just blows them all out of the water. Signing up is easy, making appointments for monthly maintenance is easy, returning your bike is easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They’ll go above and beyond to help you out. Heck I’d love to work for Spark Bikes, that’s how much I like it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to rent ebikes. And big ups to Andrew from the Bowen Hills branch, great guy!

Hi, this company is so bad, guys Believe me this company doesn’t respect their customers and all what they want is your money, my bike stolen and every week I pay $15 for damage or thief, they want to charge me for $2000 and when they know that I used to be extra $15 every week they decided to charge me $300, The problem is they don’t answer my emails and also they take the money from my bank account without any permission, I’m wouldn’t even want to give them one star.

The staff is friendly and patient in Brisbane. Firstly, I rented portugal for five weeks and the contract is clear and not assymetric information. Then I brough Venice which is suitable bike for delivery and commuting in urban area. Which has comfortable seat for long-time ride and highly battery capacity in this price. In my opinion, it is definetly good bike.
