LOVE, LOVE, LOVE A FLORAL FANTASY! I called Friday 27th May, in a panic. I had forgotten to send flowers for my cousin's milestone birthday. I got Lynne take my call and she made my day. Their last delivery service had left already. I resigned myself to belated flowers for the next day. But Lynne asked a few key questions and agreed the flowers were urgent. She promised the arrangement would somehow be delivered same day. An hour and a half later they it was. My cousin was delighted with the beautiful flowers and goodies. I am so grateful for the team's efforts. My cousin said the delivery person was so friendly. The whole team went above and beyond. Thank you Lynne and the team at A Floral Fantasy.

The florist is a lovely lady who is an expert in making beautiful flower arrangements and customer service. The photo is of my mother, who is 100 years old with one of the florist beautiful arrangements .

A Floral Fantasy created an extraordinarily beautiful bouquet for me - I dashed in late in the day, needed something amazing and different for my unconventional mum, I have no idea about flowers... They listened, and kept checking that I liked what they were doing, which was great. My mother and her friends adored the cottage roses which lasted quite a long time. I'll be back!

My husband sent me flowers last Friday 26/05/23 from A Floral Fantasy. They are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. They are flowers that keep on giving every day the buds open and the lilies open and the bunch just grows and grows. They smell beautiful too. I can highly recommend A Floral Fantasy for all your flowers.

I ordered flowers from A Floral Fantasy online assuming I was actually ordering from them since their name is across the top of their website page. It turns out that their website belongs to Petals Network and I had not ordered from A Floral Fantasy but from Petals, but that was not clear at all until after I had paid. Petals then changed my order to one of lesser value and sent that to the florist and kept the difference of $23. Nowhere was any Petals fee shown on the invoice so this is done underhandedly. The Florist told me what they ordered from her, for me but she took no responsibility for the difference saying I ordered from Petals. I was very disappointed. Petals are a scam booking agency and anything with their logo on should be avoided. Buy direct from this florist, don't pay online if you want to get what you paid for.
