Cam, Matt and the Master Pools team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our install had limited access and a double easement that changed our plans, but for every challenge Master Pools had a solution. If you are looking to invest in installing a pool, look no further.

I highly recommend master pools if you are thinking of putting in a pool, they make the whole experience very easy from start to finish. the team is a very friendly group of blokes and that really reflects on their high quality work

We shopped around for a pool, looking at all options and found Master Pools to be very helpful with a competitive price. The process was simple and Cam was available to answer our questions. The day of the pool delivery went smoothly and was exciting to watch. If we ever built again we would use Master Pools.

Matt, Cam and the master pool team just installed our new pool, and all I have to say it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I have never had to do a project this large at home but with their assistance it was a breeze. The quality of the pool, equipment and their workmanship is second to none.. highly recommended

This post is in response to Masterpools reply to a previous post on this review site. The Masterpools reply contains various false information which we must highlight. If anyone who is considering signing with Masterpools, has the time to read through this saga, it may be beneficial to prevent an experience similar to ours.1. In response to our Google review, Masterpools reacted by reinstating a previously waived invoice, stating if we do not pay we have no warranty on our pool or equipment. This is a breach under Section 10 of the Domestic Building Contract Act and under section 54 of the Australian Consumer Law. This is an example of bullying tactics by this company.2. In reference to the standover tactics used by this company, I can confirm these to be true & factual. To reference in their reply that we were 'HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING', is false. The truth is, when we withheld the final pool payment whilst we awaited a resolution to the damage, Masterpools management informed us they would enter our property and disconnect our pool equipment within 24hrs if we did not pay. We thought this was a bluff tactic as we couldn't imagine tactics such as this existed in today's business. But we were wrong. Two men arrived the very next day to disconnect & remove our equipment unless we made immediate payment. They refused to leave until a direct transfer confirmation was text through. We have Iphone images of the men, copies of the text threats and a witness who is willing to validate the intimidating event. We feared as soon as we paid in full, the damage to our property would not be repaired. Unfortunately we were correct.3. Masterpools confirmed the contractor was at fault & extremely apologetic, offering to repair the damage and that we didn't accept the offer. This is correct initially, as we wanted our driveway returned to its original condition without a noticeable black patch, (as per photo). But once Masterpools informed us their insurance would not cover the damage, we agreed to the original patch repair offer. But Masterpools withdrew the offer based on the fact we seeked legal advice, (which is our right as a consumer).4. Masterpools refers to the damage as 1m square in size. This is completely false, please refer to the image attached. The area is 8m2 as quoted by the asphalt company who we acquired to repair the damage at our cost, (but we don't believe the damage size is relevant).5. Finally, everything we have posted is true & factual. Yes, we feel let down as clients to be out of pocket for damage caused by a Masterpools contractor, but more importantly we wish to warn others who may face a similar experience. It's unfortunate that Masterpools couldn't take responsibility for the damage caused, and ultimately service their client. In their reply to our post, they reference our 'GREED' as a reason for not resolving our issue. This is confusing as we ultimately agreed to their original offer to ''patch'' the driveway damage, yet they still went back on their word & refused to facilitate the repair. Unfortunately when they used stand-over tactics to make us pay the pool balance, we lost all leverage to ensure the damage was repaired. Shame.

Cam and the team from Master Pools were brilliant to deal with. Their expertise and communication stood out, helping us make decisions on the pool itself, the location and installation steps. We highly recommend using Master Pools!

Thanks to the team at Master Pools for our beautiful new pool, which has completed our beautiful new home. It was touch and go with permits, but with 15 minutes spare, we got the permit and the team were on the way to install our pool. The whole process was so quick and the onsite team of guys were great to deal with. It was great to see them in action too. We've had them out a couple of times to help with the set-up and to teach us about all of the equipment and it's been no trouble at all for them. The project was on budget and on time and we can't wait til it warms up to swim in it. Thanks Cam and team!
