One Agency

I literally cannot speak more highly of these agents. My wife has own agents in Sydney and they are absolutely nothing compared to Neil and Helena. Neil and Helena have never disappointed! Don't bother with any other agent in the area.

My daughter and son in law had their offer accepted this morning on a property in North Gosford. They were chasing up the contract via docusign all day. Neil dodged their messages and calls so I phoned at 1.11pm and got Neil. He spoke to son in law on my phone and said he would get it over within about half an hour. Nothing came. They chased all day and were ignored. Long story short, they accepted an offer and then used it as bait to get a higher offer. They were phoned around 8pm this evening and Neil confirmed that he held off sending to see if he could get a higher offer trying to say it was standard practice. No ethics!!

Neil and Helena came highly recommended by friends. We were extremely pleased with their service and found them to be honest, helpful and understanding in the selling of our property. They are also helping us purchase our new house in QLD.We are very pleased with the result and do not hesitate in recommending them.

We advise against listing your property with One Agency, East Gosford, New South Wales. After discussing the sale of our apartment with a number of real estate agents, including One Agency, we were subjected to a barrage of emails, telephone calls and text messages from One Agency extolling how good the two principals were and how they would secure us a higher price than other REA. After an appraisal and comparative analysis One Agency proposed an asking price, which we accepted and listed with that agency toward the end of 2022. Immediately following the first 'Open Home' One Agency asked us to reduce the price by $100,000 arguing that the market had dropped. We were stunned but agreed. Later, after no offers were forthcoming, we lowered the price further. By the end of three months of weekly 'Open Home' no serious offers had been received and we withdrew the property from sale. In summary, One Agency, East Gosford used a lot of hype to obtain the listing, promised much but delivered little and left us $2000 poorer! If you are considering selling a property in the Gosford area we strongly recommend using another REA.

Working with both Neil and Helena with various community oriented activities, it is always a pleasant experience.. Both hubby and myself have found them, along with their staff, to be honest, smiling and happy. Always available for us and nothing is a problem. They are both active in the community with the local shopping district not very far from the office, they are well known and very respected in the area.As far as the business is concerned, you could not go wrong at all with Neil and Helena. To sell, buy or lease through them, you can’t go wrong. We see the happy faces of their clientele and that friends is what a good business is all about. They haven’t won all those awards for just looking good.

It is horrible having to give a business this rating but truthfully if it could be lower than 1 star it most certainly would be.We have tried numerous times to contact the owners of One Agency and the property manager, Monique since late December with absolutely no call back regarding money that is to be refunded to us. We have also taken time to go into office but apparently no one is available.We would not ever recommend this business if you are looking to buy, sell or rent.

Went Above and Beyond. Neil and Helena definitely went the extra level when selling our property. In a tough market, they still achieved a respectable outcome and were always eager to go above and beyond to achieve our goals from day one. I would be happy to do business again with them in the future.

All I have to say is WOW! One agency Neil and Helena are absolutely amazing! Their whole team is so down to earth and so friendly. I would recommend this agency to everyone that’s for sure. If I could give more then 5 stars I would :)
