Asked them to replace battery on my Tissot watch, was charged $29.95 and only lasted half a day. Brought back to shop was told watch was broken. Dodgy place, avoid at all cost.

Abdalla is an absolute champion. 3 other so called experts could not fix issue with my car remote....... Abdalla fixed it. He is genuine and sincere with his work. Highly recommended

I have been going there for few years now and always got the best service I had more than 7 watches repaired there and they never had any issues after they been there ,, the level of honesty is to no matching particular I found it very easy to deal with Abdalla his not only professional and honest his also very respectful and his knowledge is on the highest levels , there was few times I thought my watch is dead and will need to buy a new one but Abdalla fixed it for me with minimum cost and it’s still working strong till now 3 years later ,,, I highly recommend this place to everyone that have a precious watches you’ll be definitely looked after.

I had a watch repair enquiry and came across Luke at Watch Empire Miranda Shopping Centre. He was really friendly and empathetic to the fact that my old watch had real sentimental value. He inspected, cleaned and fixed my old JAG watch that others said needed the 'movement' replaced. Thoroughly decent, knowledgeable and honest guy. They are known for not over charging. Would highly recommend Watch Empire and in particular, Luke.

Extremely happy with the service I received. I took my Cartier watch to a few stores where they said they couldn’t fix it, so glad I found Abdalla who fixed the issue and took so much care. As you can imagine it’s not a cheap watch so I was so pleased to see that he was able to fix it. This place had excellent customer service especially Abdalla who helped fixed my Rado watch when it had severe internal damage. Would really recommend this place if anyone has a watch that needed to be fixed.
