Stellar Move Pilates
Incredibly professional and welcoming, I would highly recommend Stella Move Pilates. With my existing shoulder injury, the choice of exercises that Carrie guided me through really helped me with my long term goal of building strength, flexibility and movement. A fantastic experience of Pilates from a knowledgeable and passionate teacher.

Carrie is a caring and very knowlegable teacher. She thinks carefully of your needs and adjusts her instruction accordingly. I felt very supported by her and the benefit was immediate!

Stellar Move Pilates
Felt like I was back in my twenties just after our first session. Carrie was excellent in guidance and explanation of movements to help with flexibility and strength. The oov used for some of our exercises was an incredible bit of kit. If your a surfer, skier or athlete you have to get on a oov. Would recommend stellar move Pilates for any friends and family who want to gain pain free movement.

I highly recommend Stellar Move Pilates!! Carrie has an amazing ability to guide you through the movements and explain carefully why they are beneficial. I felt stronger and able to hold positions for longer through her fantastic coaching. The oov along with Carrie’s guidance was amazing! A one on one session with this inspirational teacher is a must!!

Stellar Move Pilates
I had a great first experience doing pilates and using the OOV with Carrie today. She is knowledgable, professional and explained each of the techniques well. As a beginner, I was able to do more than I thought I'd be able to. The session was fun and challenged me just the right amount so I could feel my body working without being painful of overwhelming. I can see the benefit of doing this regularly to create strength, stability and work on those soft" areas around my middle which took residence over winter. After one session I walked away feeling taller
