Dealing with Sunterra Solar has been one of the best experiences we had all the way from the sales to the installation and even the after sales customer service has been exceptional.Hakim from the Sales team has a great technical knowledge and he tailored a quote exactly based on my consumption over the phone at a very competitive price and taking advantage of a new offer they have. (I can say from now that we will never see an electricity power bill ever again).I ended up installing 11.4kW system with a 10kW battery and a blackout protection to cover the kitchen and lights.Installation took one day, Sunterra are using their in-house installation team who have done an outstanding job and they went above and beyond to meet all our demands.Special thank to Zac, Troy, Dylan and Jun for there amazing work.We also had a small WiFi connection issue and I was honestly surprised by how fast and efficient the after-sales customer service was.

Had Solar Panels and Battery Installed in Jan 2021. Was happy with the system, so got them to add a second Battery in November 2022. We noticed our ceiling paint peeling a few months later and discovered their installers had punched holes in our roof installation and left 4 tiles open in our roof, so roof space is now wet.Have reported the problem to Sunterra and they have told us they want to charge us a service fee to just look at the problem. I replied NO - as it is clearly their fault, I don't see why I should pay more money to fix their error. They are now not responding to me. I have send 3 emails with photos.WARNING - Be very careful if you use this company. They don't check their finished site before they leave and if something goes wrong after you have paid, you get see their real attitude towards customers !!!

Amazing customer service and workmanship! I cannot recommend highly enough and wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Had a battery system installed, Hakim was kind and courteous enough to answer my every question and explain it in a way even I could understand. Installation was done within 2 weeks of my original enquiry and I have not looked back.Just recently called to enquire about a second battery and to my surprise I was able to speak with Hakim again who remembered every detail of our installation!I even recommended to a couple of mates who had the same system installed after hearing how awesome the guys at Sunterra were.6 stars!

Originally the help and services was excellent, but then the delays happened with the inspection by the engineer, took 5 weeks, and multiple calls from me, with little response. Now I am still waiting a further 20 days before my electrical supplier can reconfigure the meter, which I was not told of this further delay. Looks like i will have to way aprox 8 weeks after installation to hopefully get things working.

Highly recommend Sunterra Solar for solar installations. Professional team and awesome installers that care on how the installation looks and operates. Explained the workings of our system so we knew what was going on. Our installers were friendly and prompt as well as careful. All our roof tiles survived the installation! Well done and thank you

Sunterra recently installed a 6.650kW Solar System in my home. I am very pleased with the whole process which was seamless and a pleasant experience for me. Mr. Hakim was very helpful and informative in his approach which gave us great confidence to proceed with Sunterra. The company installers were efficient and professional in the process and left the place clean and tidy. Thank you everyone at Sunterra for a job well done!

Worst company I have ever seen with superb bad after sales service.For payment, they claim payment immediately after installation of solar panel, without even being able to check if solar is working perfectly fine as have to wait for inspector to turn it on. However, broke tiles was not replace after almost 3mths and they have been pushing and changing dates again and again till now, still no news of when the broken tiles will be replace. Totally ridiculous service. Strongly recommend you guys to look for other installer instead

Sam was great to deal with and Hakim organised the logistics at the other end. We just moved to Melbourne a few months ago and from the initial contact to the completion on the work the whole process was hassle free. I would highly recommend Sunterra to anyone looking for a Solar and Battery setup

Sunterra where excellent, easy to communicate process went very smoothly. The contractors who installed were excellent, arrived promptly, were very professional in installing solar, all done in the day, already saving money, company should keep these guys, if you get solar installed I highly recommend Sunterra and these contractors who installed system.
