Excellent serviceUnreal repair person he was just great to talk to and answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to meAnd even cleaned up after him self not many companies do that now

I called Samsung on the 11th jan, about my french door Samsung Fridge leaking water on the inside, They put me onto Camtec, Had a few phones & emails back & forth, had confirmation that afternoon & job no31996 for saturday 15thThe repair man called me 30 mins before he got on the 15th jan WITH ALL THE PARTS HE NEED what a champ he know exactly what he was doing well before he got hereTalk about service, I couldn't have asked for better ServiceWell done Camtec Oh & thanks Samsung

We had a technician by the name of “Steve” come into our home today we found him to be very accommodating and friendly. He phoned us ahead to give us an estimated arrival time. Very punctual and definitely knew his stuff and went ahead fixing it in a professional and timely manner.Unfortunately we have had trouble with our Samsung fridge and Steve has been our technician and on these occasions we have always found him to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.A credit to your company!!!

They are one of Samsungs warranty service providers in Adelaide. Best to ask Samsung use alternative provider. Unfortunately, Camtec have offered subpar service.. still till this day trying to resolve warranty repair.
