Could not wish for better online service and prompt delivery.I have been dealing with Port Mac Guitars since 2016 and have never once been let down in any way. They are my go to store for my musical supplies and would not deal with anyone else.

Service, Service, Service: Their guitar set up incl. of PLEK (GEniuS they call it) is a nice to have high value proposition anyway. I had an issue that likely would not have affected functionality and they were calling back in seconds. Resolution was speedy and easy. This was on a Squier CV guitar, not some Custom for many times the price. The guitar also arrived expertly packaged meaning transit damage was always unlikely. A very safe place to buy from. The CV is an excellent guitar in its own right too I think.

The customer service exhibited by these guys is truly incredible. I purchased a new Strat online a couple of weeks ago. Within a few days I noticed some strange behaviours with the pick up selector and the S1 switch and the 1st position produced no sound. I contacted the store via email on Sunday night and by the time I woke up the next morning I already had a response with a plan and reassurance that the issue will be sorted. Within a few hours Matt had organised a local guitar repair shop to investigate the issue (as I am down in Adelaide) I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

The team at Port Mac Guitars are incredible to deal with. Based on the recent purchase of my PRS, I received very quick responses in regards to any questions I had, and the time taken to set the guitar up properly is evident when you first receive your new pride and joy. Hence based on the high level of customer service and the investment Port Mac Guitars have placed into the PLEK system, along with the leading brands they supply, I will look to purchase more guitar's from Port Mac Guitars.

Guitar arrived safe and sound! Guitar was set up nicely and upgraded to a bone nut instead of plasic. Nice solid chunky feel to it.One star deduction for speaking to a staff member about my concerns around Indonesian made guitars and QC. I was assured these builds were perfect. Unfortunately not so good for the premium paid. Maybe my standards are too high but there's some obvious cosmetic issues from the factory here.Aside from that. Overall a good experience. Will keep doing business.

I just received an Epiphone Riviera Royal Tan from Port Mac guitars which included the Plek set up. Wow the guitar came perfectly set up how I like and I'm really happy. One thing which would of really topped it all of is if the fret board was oiled as it was really dry, still 5star for price and service. Thanks guys.

Firstly, what an ‘out of the box’ awesome guitar.Then there is Port Mac guitars in Port Macquarie, totally awesome service & communication.Let’s talk plek. Not a cheap investment for Port Mac but they sure know how to dial it in to give a perfect fret level.Then there is Brody, he phoned me & asked my specs for the post plek setup & nailed it.I was able to literally take the guitar out of the box & straight into rehearsals for a gig days later.The guitar was still in tune.It also sat well with my pedal board & amp with no tweaking required.5 stars all the way for Brody, Plek & Port Mac.BTW, Brody did the fret polish & setup, had the guitar shipped that day & it arrived in Brisbane the very next day in time for rehearsals.

What a great shop. On the day I visited they had a great range of instruments from entry level right up to the top of the line stuff. Unfortunately a week later they announced they will no longer be selling new guitars which is a shame. But they do have a couple of Plek machines and will continue to offer servicing and repairs.

Top tier service!! Guitar arrived well packed and set up to my specs and plays extremely well, I will definitely be buying from again. Also got the guitar PLEK’ed at the same time frets feel so nice and the edges of the fretboard so smooth. I’ve had a couple guitars I bought online arrive that needed sanding and leveling. This time I opened the box and just played. Highly Recommended!!!!
